Clancy Louise's Sprinkle Blessings

This past Saturday my sweet friend Amy and sister Denver put on a sprinkle to celebrate the arrival of our sweet Clancy Louise. It was a great relaxing morning of great food and conversation between family and friends. Clancy received wonderful blessings that I just can't wait to use on her!!

Also this weekend my wonderful mother in law worked herself to the bone. She cleaned out all the kid's closets, caught up my laundry pile, cooked, and cleaned. I started having contractions Saturday morning and they just never left me alone. It is the hardest thing in the world for me to sit still and watch everyone else work around me. I know Clancy's safety is much more important. I'm so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends!

We've almost got the nursery all done, just need some muscles to move stuff out and then in!!! I've been trying to keep busy with sole DIYs for the nursery.

This week I'm hoping to share what I'll be packing for the hospital and some DIYs for the nursery!

Have a great evening! πŸ’‹

Clancy Louise's Sprinkle

Clancy Louise's Sprinkle

Good Tuesday morning everyone!!!! I hope you're having a great week. We are spending the week organizing the house and finishing Clancy's nursery. My sweet bestie wanted tothrow a small sprinkling for our new arrival this Saturday. I can't believe we just have SEVEN weeks left!!

I put together this super sweet and flowy look for a day of celebrating new life! I absolutely adore this embroidered Mexican style dress from ChicWish. I love the long look and the cute detail of the lace up the front. There is nothing better that compliments this amazing dress than tons of my vintage turquoise, simple scrappy sandals, and a great cactus clucht🌡! Shocking right??

As far as my beauty routine with nails and makeup I want to keep it soft and neutral because I feel it will compliment the colorful  pattern of this dress. Nude nails and lips are so soft and gorgeous. I have always loved my bright lips(still do) BUT I have been embracing nude for a more natural and daily day. I have absolutely been obsessed with the way it looks and makes me feel. For hair I'm going to go for a nice messy beach wave. I had tons of questions on my hair a few weeks ago. I used a three barrel waver on my hair on a Friday and it lasted till Wednesday. I would just "re fluff" with sea salt spray and my favorite dry shampoo. It's such a beautiful, simple, and long lasting look for me. I even pop in a few extensions to give it a little more length and make me feel a little like a mermaid. πŸ˜‚

I can't wait till Saturday for a great brunch with close friends and family to celebrate sweet Clancy Louise!! Have a great day! πŸ’‹

Taos Ray's Fiesta

Saturday night we got to celebrate our Taos Ray turning TWO! We had a small fiesta with family and a couple friends. It was a great evening of hotdogs, cake, swimming, and fun! If I do say myself we had some of the cutest guest ever! So much cousin fun was had from jumping off the diving board to opening presents as a group effort.
Our sweet boy was showered with love with hugs and kisses and trucks galore! He was in absolute heaven all night from jumping into the pool to Momma to eating all the cookies in sight. Taos was definitely the life of the party.
I want to give a big thank you to all who joined in celebrating Taos with us! Also a huge shout out to Aunt Christa for always getting great photographs at all the family events. She is so sweet to share her wonderful talent with us!
